How long have you been in business?
Emmanuel Baptist Temple was founded in 1969.
Emmanuel Christian School was founded in 2006.
WHGT Christian Radio has been on the air since December 5, 2005.
What is your primary product or service?
Preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ in order to convince people to trust in Him in order to dwell with him in Heaven after their death. Also, teaching people how to live for Jesus Christ while still on this earth. We also want them to witness to others whom they meet to tell how to become a follower of Jesus Christ; thereby, fulfilling the Great Commission which Jesus commanded us to do.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We believe that the King James Version of the Bible is the most accurate translation of the Scripture as given by God to those whom he inspired to write them down. We believe to be a Christian that one must admit that he is a sinner, repent of his sins, and put his complete trust in Christ's death on the cross and His resurrection from the grave to save him from hell. One is saved by the grace of God and not by any works that one may do.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have only one location; however, we do support missionaries who travel all over the world.

Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
The church belongs to God. Ther pastor of our church is spiritual adviser to the church and supervises the daily operations. He further recommends various programs which would help the church to carry out the mission of winning others to the cause of Jesus Christ. He discusses these plans with the deacons and trustees who further recommend them to the church. The church members vote on any major programs or expenditures prior to implementation.
What are your hours of operation?
The church office is open from 8:30AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday. The office is closed for the major federal holidays. What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
I receive a blessing by attending the services at Emmanuel Baptist Temple. It thrills my soul to see someone accept Jesus Christ as his savior.
What is your favorite quote or Bible verse?
John 3:16-18 For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through Him might be saved. He that believeth on Him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
